As the Construction Paralegal, you will work directly with senior partners and be part of a tight-knit, well-established group. This role is ideal for a Litigation Paralegal who enjoys being busy, working closely with partners, and building real relationships with clients. This opportunity is direct hire, full-time, and offers a hybrid schedule but welcomes candidates who prefer to be onsite.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support a busy surety and construction litigation practice with high\u2011volume matters<\/li>\n<li>Handle discovery, trial preparation, and day\u2011to\u2011day case management<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery responses, and exhibits<\/li>\n<li>Manage documents using electronic document management and eDiscovery systems<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate closely with attorneys, clients, and vendors to keep matters moving efficiently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years&#8217;
