This fully onsite role is responsible for leading all accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls while partnering with executive leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to build scalable processes in a high-growth environment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"663\"><strong data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"661\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"1635\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1b0jgqm\" data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"818\">Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, revenue recognition, and cost accounting.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"n02w18\" data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"925\">Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1rfy9h0\" data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"1038\">Prepare and present financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to executive leadership.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fvb3gp\" data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1118\">Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial planning activities.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"vnav6x\" data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1232\">Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, including tax and audit support.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"j8vaaa\" data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1332\">Develop and enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence capabilities.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"15abcrt\" data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1414\">Establish and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"iizojh\" data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1504\">Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while supporting organizational growth.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ceoiol\" data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1635\">Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1657\"><strong data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1655\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1658\" data-end=\"2332\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1n6blax\" data-start=\"1658\" data-end=\"1754\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required;
