This role is heavily focused on employee relations, workplace investigations, and day\u2011to\u2011day HR support in a fast\u2011paced, hands\u2011on manufacturing environment. The HR Manager will ensure fair and consistent application of company policies, support leaders in people\u2011related decisions, and foster a positive, compliant, and respectful workplace culture.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Employee Relations &amp; Investigations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including performance issues, attendance concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution<\/li>\n<li>Lead and conduct workplace investigations (including employee complaints, harassment, misconduct, and policy violations), ensuring thorough documentation, timely resolution, and appropriate follow\u2011up<\/li>\n<li>Coach and advise supervisors and managers on corrective action, performance management, and employee communications<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leadership to address morale, engagement, and retention concerns at the plant level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HR Operations &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Support and manage employee documentation, personnel files, and HR records<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits questions, and workplace concerns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp;
