Our client is seeking a detail\u2011oriented and analytical Pricing Coordinator to support their logistics pricing operations. This role is responsible for managing rate requests, preparing competitive quotes, maintaining pricing data, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and profitable pricing decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast\u2011paced environment and brings experience in transportation, freight, supply chain, or related industries.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Prepare accurate LTL, FTL, intermodal, ocean, and\/or air freight quotes based on customer requests<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Analyze carrier rate sheets, tariffs, contracts, and market data to determine pricing<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Support sales and account managers by generating timely, competitive customer quotes<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Maintain and update pricing databases, rate tables, and internal pricing tools<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Validate accuracy of rates and ensure consistency across TMS and internal systems<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Monitor profitability, margins, and quoting trends; identify gaps or risks<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Prepare reporting on quote activity, win\/loss outcomes, and pricing effectiveness<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Collaborate with sales, operations, carrier relations, and accounting to align pricing<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Communicate with carriers to obtain spot rates or negotiate competitive pricing<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Assist with RFPs, bids, and large customer proposals<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Respond promptly to internal and external pricing inquiries<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Provide routing options, transit times, and service recommendations as needed<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Manage multiple pricing requests under tight deadlines<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Use Excel, TMS systems, and rate management software to support pricing workflows<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Ensure compliance with customer requirements, contract terms, and service expectations<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Maintain high attention to detail when reviewing and entering data<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and timely responses<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Apply analytical skills to solve pricing issues or interpret rate structures<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Work effectively in a fast\u2011paced logistics environment<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Preferred experience: LTL tariffs, FTL rate structures, 3PL or brokerage operations, RFP support, DAT\/Truckstop familiarity<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

\uf0b7 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, supply chain, or pricing\/analytical roles.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Proficiency with Excel, rate management tools, and transportation management systems (TMS).<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Strong communication and organizational skills.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.<\/p>\n
