This role is ideal for a dependable self-starter who enjoys being the first point of contact and can effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.<\/p>\n<h3>Essential Job Functions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Greet visitors warmly, respond to inquiries, and direct guests appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area and shared office spaces<\/li>\n<li>Operate standard office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines, and postage systems<\/li>\n<li>Log and track incoming calls, visitors, and requests with accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and organize general office filing systems<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to management as needed<\/li>\n<li>Assist with processing business licenses and registrations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Skills &amp;
