This is a high-impact opportunity to own U.S. payroll and support HR operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented, process-driven professional who thrives in a fast-moving, lean, and collaborative environment. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more!<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Bachelor&#8217;s degree, required.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>3+ years of experience in payroll and HR operations in a professional services environment, required.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance, federal\/state\/city taxes, and multi-state payroll, required.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Experience with payroll audits, reporting, and internal controls, required.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Experience with Workday or similar HRIS;
