The Compounding Pharmacist oversees preparation accuracy, regulatory adherence, and quality standards while also providing patient care, clinical oversight, and medication counseling.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Active Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience with sterile and non-sterile compounding required<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with proven documentation and quality assurance skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Job Duties<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify and compound sterile and non-sterile preparations in compliance with master formulation records and regulatory standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to USP &lt;795&gt;, &lt;797&gt;, and &lt;800&gt; requirements, including aseptic technique, garbing, and cleaning procedures<\/li>\n<li>Perform pharmaceutical calculations and maintain accurate, compliant documentation<\/li>\n<li>Conduct quality control testing and inspections to ensure accuracy, purity, and potency of compounded medications<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with prescribers and internal pharmacy staff to support customized medication therapies<\/li>\n<li>Provide patient counseling on compounded, prescription, over-the-counter medications, and supplements<\/li>\n<li>Support pharmacy operations as needed, including prescription processing, workflow support, and shipping activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Full-time, onsite;
