We are seeking a capable and motivated <strong>Pre\u2011Litigation Paralegal<\/strong> who can step in confidently and make an immediate impact.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Pre\u2011Litigation Paralegal will manage a busy caseload and provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout the pre\u2011litigation phase. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients, providers, and insurance representatives. Strong time\u2011management skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre\u2011litigation process<\/li>\n<li>Gather, organize, and maintain case documentation<\/li>\n<li>Review and summarize medical records, bills, and other case\u2011related materials<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and lien holders<\/li>\n<li>Draft demand letters and other pre\u2011litigation documents<\/li>\n<li>Monitor client treatment progress and ensure timely follow\u2011up<\/li>\n<li>Assist attorneys with case preparation, investigation, and strategy development<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate notes, deadlines, and updates within case management software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal support role; pre\u2011litigation or personal injury experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of legal processes and case management workflows<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>High level of professionalism, empathy, and client\u2011service orientation<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and problem\u2011solving abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp;
