This role focuses on developing relationships with end users, architects\/designers, and general contractors, identifying project opportunities, and managing the sales process from initial contact through close.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Sales &amp; Business Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct a minimum of four sales appointments per day, scheduled in advance; use cold calls as needed to fill open time<\/li>\n<li>Identify and pursue opportunities with new and existing customers, including new construction and retrofit\/service projects<\/li>\n<li>Promote products and solutions to decision-makers through in-person meetings and presentations<\/li>\n<li>Track industry leads and project opportunities from construction reports, public notices, and manufacturer referrals<\/li>\n<li>Prepare take-offs, field surveys, and job site verifications as required for quoting and project planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Account Management &amp; Follow-Up<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, architects, and contractors<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on quotes and proposals consistently to secure orders<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with management direction<\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular communication with internal teams to support order processing and project execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project &amp; Internal Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with project administration and support project managers as needed<\/li>\n<li>Attend job site or office meetings related to active projects<\/li>\n<li>Support issue resolution to ensure projects stay on schedule and customer expectations are met<\/li>\n<li>Assist with collections on past-due balances when requested<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting &amp; Documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate call reports, account notes, and route plans using the company CRM<\/li>\n<li>Submit complete and accurate field reports, surveys, and project documentation<\/li>\n<li>Provide copies of proposals, estimates, and supporting documents for internal tracking<\/li>\n<li>Keep all customer and internal communications documented in writing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Territory &amp; Time Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan weekly route schedules to maximize face-to-face selling time<\/li>\n<li>Organize appointments by geographic area to reduce travel time<\/li>\n<li>Submit weekly schedules and activity reports as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &amp;
