This role will support financial reporting, general ledger activities, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.<br \/> <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Assist with month-end and year-end close processes<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts<\/li>\n<li>Support budgeting and forecasting activities<\/li>\n<li>Review financial data for accuracy and compliance with GAAP<\/li>\n<li>Assist with internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation<\/li>\n<li>Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain financial dashboards and management reports<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&amp;A, operations, and external vendors  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field<\/li>\n<li>2-5 years of accounting experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with variance analysis required<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP\/XLOOKUP, data analysis)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp;
