In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and support patients with questions related to their accounts and available financial programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to grow within a mission-driven organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ year of customer service experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork skills<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of healthcare terminology is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work Saturdays as scheduled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls from patients<\/li>\n<li>Make outbound calls to follow up on program enrollment and payment reminders<\/li>\n<li>Educate patients on available programs and explain benefits clearly using provided scripts<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality assurance standards<\/li>\n<li>Verify customer identity prior to sharing account information<\/li>\n<li>Accurately document interactions and complete post-call tasks<\/li>\n<li>Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on products and policies<\/li>\n<li>Handle all interactions in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, paying $19\/hour during the temporary period and $19\/hour upon permanent conversion.
