The practice is known for its trial crediblity, prosecutorial insight, and strategic handling of parallel proceedings. <\/p>\n<p>Competitive candidates will have the following qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>white collar defense, government investiations, or complex litigation experience<\/li>\n<li>prior prosecution or regulatory agency experience strongly preferred (private-sector experience not required)<\/li>\n<li>strong federal criminal procedure and advocacy skills<\/li>\n<li>deposition, motions practice and courtroom experience<\/li>\n<li>PA &amp; NJ bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly)<\/li>\n<li>willingness to work across offices in Philadelphia\/South Jersey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Compensation is market-competitive and commensurate with experience. <\/p>\n<p>This is a strong opportunity for lawyers seeking meaningful responsibility, trial exposure, and high-stakes work in a top-tier enforcement practice. <\/p>\n<p>Interested?
