The firm provides outsourced services to registered investment advisors and fund managers across the U.S., supporting mutual funds, ETFs, and other registered investment companies across fund accounting, compliance, and administration. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<div>\n<h2>About the role<\/h2>\n<p>This role sits at the center of the end-to-end reporting workflow, keeping documents moving, deadlines on track, and stakeholders aligned. The Coordinator works closely with auditors, legal counsel, compliance teams, fund advisors, and internal staff to ensure financial statements, regulatory filings, and related materials progress through review cycles accurately and on time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>Key responsibilities<\/h2>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update production schedules and status trackers for financial statements, shareholder reports, and regulatory filings across multiple funds<\/li>\n<li>Manage document routing and distribution between auditors, legal, compliance, fund advisors, and internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Collect, log, and route review comments;
