This role will step in quickly to oversee daily marketing operations, support strategic initiatives, and guide a small, evolving team through an active transition period.<\/p>\n<h3>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/h3>\n<p>In this interim leadership role, you will take ownership of the organization&#8217;s day-to-day marketing activities while ensuring ongoing initiatives continue seamlessly.<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing the daily execution of marketing initiatives and acting as the primary point of accountability for the firm&#8217;s marketing function<\/li>\n<li>Leading and supporting a small marketing team (including full-time, part-time, and open roles), providing direction, prioritization, and mentorship<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and ensuring the successful execution of scheduled and upcoming webinars<\/li>\n<li>Managing the organization&#8217;s LinkedIn presence, including content oversight and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Planning, organizing, and executing firm-sponsored events<\/li>\n<li>Supporting proposal development, RFP responses, and client pitch materials<\/li>\n<li>Owning website content by managing updates, maintenance, and ongoing improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to hands-on execution, this role will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate current marketing efforts and tools<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations and a forward-looking plan to strengthen and optimize the firm&#8217;s marketing strategy and structure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Technical Skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Adobe Creative Suite<\/li>\n<li>Canva<\/li>\n<li>CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft 365<\/li>\n<li>SharePoint<\/li>\n<li>Zoom<\/li>\n<li>Video editing tools (Wondershare, Camtasia, or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Video hosting and marketing platforms (YouTube, Vimeo)<\/li>\n<li>WordPress<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills are a strong plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Education &amp;
