$39-$47\/hr &#8211; Reston, VA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1454808DC-Temp_1776093778\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Our client, a law firm, is seeking a Legal Staff Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Job:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source candidates using ATS, job boards, social media platforms, and open\u2011web tools <br \/> * Conduct first\u2011level resume screening in a high\u2011volume recruiting environment <br \/> * Build, organize, and manage candidate pipelines and shortlists <br \/> * Perform proactive candidate outreach to support active requisitions <br \/> * Track candidate activity and progress in Workday <br \/> * Support recruiting operations across multiple business functions <br \/> * Partner closely with the internal recruiting team <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of recruiting experience in a high\u2011volume environment <br \/> * Prior recruiting experience required;
