Well-established healthcare company in search of Benefits Investigation Specialists to join their team! Searching for individuals with prior healthcare-based customer service experience. This company offers a variety of schedules to choose from, benefits, and weekly pay!<\/p>\n

This is a full onsite role! <\/p>\n

This is a temporary, contract role lasting anywhere from 3-6+ months. <\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Make outbound phone calls to verify patient insurance coverage <\/p>\n

– Identify any payer coverage restrictions<\/p>\n

– Document prior authorization and appeals protocols<\/p>\n

– Communicate regularly with internal and external parties<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 1+ year(s) of experience in a healthcare or call center based role <\/p>\n

– Previous experience working in benefits verification a plus<\/p>\n

– Excellent communication skills<\/p>\n

– Computer proficiency<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
