This role is responsible for delivering day-to-day HR operations while partnering with plant leadership to support workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring strong execution across core HR processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Plant HR Leadership &amp; Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the on-site HR lead for the Hickory and Lenoir, NC facilities<\/li>\n<li>Partner with plant leadership on workforce needs and day-to-day HR support<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Employee Relations &amp; Workforce Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution<\/li>\n<li>Support performance management and coach front-line leaders on employee issues<\/li>\n<li>Foster a positive and compliant work environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HR Administration &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit procedures<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations<\/li>\n<li>Support HR reporting and audit readiness<\/li>\n<li>Workers&#8217; compensation administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Payroll &amp; Benefits Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support payroll processing, including timekeeping accuracy and coordination with corporate teams<\/li>\n<li>Administer employee benefits and serve as a point of contact for employee questions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Talent &amp;
