This is a <strong>hybrid role<\/strong> offering competitive compensation, full benefits, and long\u2011term growth opportunities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills required and Job Duties include the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Below is a list of potential job duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains and manages U.S. and foreign patent prosecution dockets, ensuring all deadlines are met<\/li>\n<li>Assists attorneys with drafting correspondence to clients regarding U.S. and international patent prosecution events<\/li>\n<li>Communicates directly with clients regarding routine or procedural patent matters under attorney guidance<\/li>\n<li>Assists attorneys with management of U.S. and international patent portfolios, including reviewing patent files, accuracy, deadlines, and required actions<\/li>\n<li>Drafts patent prosecution documents related to new applications, formalities, examination, appeals, and post\u2011allowance actions for attorney review<\/li>\n<li>Files patent documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office under attorney direction<\/li>\n<li>Communicates attorney instructions to foreign associates and local counsel regarding international patent matters<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and assembles ancillary documentation for international filings<\/li>\n<li>Creates, monitors, and maintains U.S. information disclosure statements in the IP docketing system<\/li>\n<li>Assists with patent due diligence projects<\/li>\n<li>Navigates USPTO online systems to obtain application status updates and download documents<\/li>\n<li>Conducts research related to country\u2011specific patent law requirements and filing procedures<\/li>\n<li>Applies working knowledge of patent legal procedures, terminology, and processes to daily tasks<\/li>\n<li>Performs additional duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree, completion of a paralegal program, or equivalent intellectual property experience<\/li>\n<li>2-5 years of patent paralegal or related experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and track portfolio milestones<\/li>\n<li>Ability to exercise independent judgment and proactively problem solve<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of patent prosecution, docketing, and filing procedures<\/li>\n<li>Experience with USPTO electronic filing and online databases<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to international patent systems and databases<\/li>\n<li>Experience with docketing software;
