organization, to hire an <strong data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"401\">HR Business Partner \/ HR Manager<\/strong> who will play a key role in supporting leadership and improving employee engagement across multiple locations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"692\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">This is a highly visible, <strong data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"562\">hands-on HR role<\/strong> where you&#8217;ll work directly with leadership to support a growing organization (180 employees) with multiple new centers opening.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"692\">\n<p data-section-id=\"rucfd3\" data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"719\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"717\">What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"1457\">\n<li data-section-id=\"burm0i\" data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"860\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Act as a true HR partner to leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"d77mdt\" data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"997\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Lead <strong data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"898\">employee relations efforts<\/strong>, including conflict resolution, investigations, and coaching managers through complex situations<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"x3i1vk\" data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1060\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Support and guide <strong data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1058\">discipline and termination decisions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"124e38k\" data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1146\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Oversee performance review processes and help build employee recognition programs<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"dfnylh\" data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1223\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to improve retention<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"10vhq6b\" data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1291\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Support compliance areas including FMLA, ADA, and workers&#8217; comp<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1bwux4p\" data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1364\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Help build and refine HR policies, procedures, and training programs<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1p5upeh\" data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1457\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Spend time onsite at different centers (2-3 days\/week) building relationships with staff<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-section-id=\"1poou52\" data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1492\">\n<p data-section-id=\"1poou52\" data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1492\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1490\">What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1993\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1gebz1d\" data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1570\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">5-8 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on <strong data-start=\"1546\" data-end=\"1568\">employee relations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"v0ih8y\" data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1659\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Experience in <strong data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1647\">education, healthcare, or another high-touch environment<\/strong> preferred<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"b8txn5\" data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1745\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Someone who is <strong data-start=\"1677\" data-end=\"1696\">warm but direct<\/strong> and comfortable having difficult conversations<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"17lomht\" data-start=\"1746\" data-end=\"1825\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Strong relationship-builder who can gain trust quickly with frontline staff<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1c77dul\" data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"1922\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Adaptable and collaborative-able to tailor approach vs. applying a one-size-fits-all mindset<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ojcdbt\" data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"1993\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Tech-savvy (experience with HRIS systems like Paylocity is a plus)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-section-id=\"1ebgbt9\" data-start=\"1995\" data-end=\"2019\">\n<p data-section-id=\"1ebgbt9\" data-start=\"1995\" data-end=\"2019\"><span style=\"font-size:
