The company is in a transformation phase and looking for a strong accounting leader to help stabilize operations and build scalable processes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"920\">\n<p data-section-id=\"12fyv5z\" data-start=\"922\" data-end=\"945\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"945\">What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1463\">\n<li data-section-id=\"p91jm2\" data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1033\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Own the full accounting function, including month-end close and financial reporting<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"t8gts8\" data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1106\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Build and implement processes, controls, and SOPs from the ground up<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"17tgw01\" data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1188\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Lead budgeting and forecasting, with ownership over P&amp;L and GL-level analysis<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ba3t70\" data-start=\"1189\" data-end=\"1279\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Perform cost accounting and margin\/contribution analysis to support business decisions<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1gj45a6\" data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1353\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Identify gaps in current processes and drive operational improvements<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fqv7u9\" data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1423\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Oversee system transition (moving to QuickBooks Online + new ERP)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1cee77c\" data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1463\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Manage and mentor a Finance Analyst<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-section-id=\"1x9ejva\" data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1496\">\n<p data-section-id=\"1x9ejva\" data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1496\"><span data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1593\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Background as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or strong Senior Accountant ready to step up<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1uj1mun\" data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1657\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Experience in <strong data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1655\">small to mid-sized, hands-on environments<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1479rqg\" data-start=\"1658\" data-end=\"1719\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Strong <strong data-start=\"1667\"
