Our client, located in the North Tampa area, is looking for a reliable and detail\u2011oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist on a temporary\u2011to\u2011hire basis. The role is yours once you get started-you&#8217;ll begin as a temporary employee of Beacon Hill to help move the process along quickly.<\/p>\n<p>While working as the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will work alongside a collaborative accounting team and assist with responsibilities including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing full-cycle accounts receivable processes<\/li>\n<li>Posting and applying customer payments (checks, ACH, wires)<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and sending invoices and statements<\/li>\n<li>Researching and resolving payment discrepancies and short pays<\/li>\n<li>Following up on past-due accounts and maintaining aging reports<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with month-end close related to AR<\/li>\n<li>Various related duties and projects as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an incredible opportunity with a company that has a large accounting department and offers significant room for growth and advancement. This is an in-office position; however, the daily schedule is flexible.<\/p>\n<p>To be considered for this position, you will need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience<\/li>\n<li>A BS\/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred, not required)<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a mid-to-large sized accounting environment<\/li>\n<li>Large ERP system experience<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate MS Excel skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please apply!
