This role handles client\u2011intake tasks, time entry compliance, billing preparation, scheduling, travel coordination, and document management. Based in <strong>Washington, D.C.<\/strong>, with <strong>hybrid<\/strong> flexibility.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Review and edit attorney time entries for compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare, edit, and post client invoices in line with firm and client guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage attorney preferences for scheduling, expenses, travel, and document support.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist with conflicts checks and new business intake forms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive firm and client information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work within a global team using real\u2011time ticketing (ServiceNow).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in a fast\u2011paced environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Comfort adapting to evolving technology platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>High school diploma required;
