This is a fast\u2011paced, hands\u2011on opportunity ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to gain exposure across both technical and business roles.<\/p>\n<h3>About the Role<\/h3>\n<p>In this role, you&#8217;ll support 6 active requisitions (with additional openings anticipated), with a primary emphasis on Engineering positions while also contributing to hiring efforts for Product, Marketing, Managed Services, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You&#8217;ll play a key role in executing day\u2011to\u2011day recruiting activities and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring teams.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and execute end\u2011to\u2011end recruiting activities, from role kickoff through offer stage<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain job postings, track requisitions, and manage candidate pipelines within Jazz (ATS)<\/li>\n<li>Source, outreach, and build candidate relationships using LinkedIn Recruiter<\/li>\n<li>Conduct initial candidate evaluations and interviews, providing insights to hiring partners<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with hiring managers across technical and business teams to support hiring needs<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong organization and communication to deliver a positive, well\u2011structured candidate experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ years of recruiting experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication<\/li>\n<li>Preferred experience supporting technical recruiting, particularly engineering roles<\/li>\n<li>Self\u2011motivated, detail\u2011oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open priorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Contract &amp;
