The firm handles a mix of plaintiff and defense-side employment matters and offers a collegial, lifestyle-oriented culture with direct client contact from day one.<\/p>\n<p>Employment law experience is preferred but not required &#8211; candidates with a civil litigation or insurance defense background are strongly encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>What you&#8217;ll do<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft pleadings, motions, letters, and other litigation filings<\/li>\n<li>Appear at hearings, mediations, and administrative proceedings<\/li>\n<li>Conduct legal and factual research<\/li>\n<li>Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts<\/li>\n<li>Participate in case strategy with partners and team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of civil litigation experience; employment law exposure a plus<\/li>\n<li>Massachusetts bar admission or eligibility<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and oral advocacy skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize, and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiasm for employment law and a collaborative work style<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Compensation &amp;
