This  contract role (Chicagoland-based candidates preferred) is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service across phone and email channels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"display: inline !important;\">Deliver Tier I technical training and software support to advisors, ensuring their proficiency in the Innovayte platform, system tools, and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests via phone and email.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve client inquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates effectively and handles multiple priorities while maintaining professional and positive attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Acts as a liaison for sales, operations, advisors, clients, and Innovayte vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with the team on projects and contributes to a cohesive work atmosphere.<\/li>\n<li>Provides coverage and back-up support to other CSSs, Senior CSSs, and team members.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the preparation, approval, and release of each advisor&#8217;s performance reports.<\/li>\n<li>Handles escalated issues and provides proactive solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Benefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
