The majority of this role is dedicated to Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, cash posting, A\/R aging, customer statements, inventory adjustments tied to invoicing, and daily cash management. <\/p>\n<div>This is a <strong>contract-to-hire<\/strong> role located in <strong>Tempe, AZ<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage A\/R invoicing, cash application, bank deposits, and aging reports<\/li>\n<li>Send weekly\/monthly statements and manage prepaid, on-hold, and employee apparel accounts<\/li>\n<li>Maintain resale certificates in Avalara and run monthly certificate campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Monitor cash flow and process digital A\/P payments (no check runs)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare A\/R and cash flow updates for leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a highly visible role with regular communication to the CEO.
