This role starts ASAP!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities required: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform daily morning setup, including organizing meeting rooms, restocking supplies (pens, tissues, sanitizer, water, mints), checking printers, bathrooms, and deliveries, and preparing interview spaces.<\/li>\n<li>Manage visitor coordination by maintaining the NYC Visitors Calendar, linking candidates to recruiters, confirming arrivals with security, greeting candidates, offering hospitality (coat check, water, restroom access), and communicating room assignments to recruiters.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee kitchen operations with full daily checks and weekly maintenance, including stocking beverages, snacks, coffee supplies, utensils, and cleaning refrigerators;
