This role will serve as an advisor to the business, with a focus on employee relations and coaching, as well as providing strategic HR support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as an HR thought partner to company leadership, leveraging data to make informed decisions  <\/li>\n<li>Partner with managers on coaching, counseling, and managing employee relations issues\/investigations  <\/li>\n<li>Lead talent management and succession planning efforts with company leadership<\/li>\n<li>Oversee annual performance review process, including promotions &amp;
