This role focuses on delivering high-level customer service, assisting guests with requests, and providing information about local businesses, events, and services. The ideal candidate is personable, resourceful, and able to think quickly while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1763\" \/>\n<h3 on property<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ljxdqy\" data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"2015\">Provide directions, recommendations, and information about local attractions, retailers, restaurants, and services<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"z43v2d\" data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2117\">Assist guests with reservations, travel arrangements, tickets, and other concierge-style services<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"sv342o\" data-start=\"2118\" data-end=\"2204\">Respond to guest inquiries and manage requests in a timely and professional manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2206\" data-end=\"2234\"><strong data-start=\"2206\" data-end=\"2234\">Property &amp; Event Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2462\">\n<li data-section-id=\"119r73i\" data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2317\">Maintain a visible presence on property and assist guests throughout the space<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"nnak8t\" data-start=\"2318\" data-end=\"2383\">Support events and activities occurring on property as needed<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ah7zdl\" data-start=\"2384\" data-end=\"2462\">Help ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience while visiting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2464\" data-end=\"2494\"><strong data-start=\"2464\" data-end=\"2494\">Operations &amp; Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2853\">\n<li data-section-id=\"ysthm3\" data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2598\">Communicate with vendors, retailers, and local businesses to coordinate services and guest requests<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ao7pze\" data-start=\"2599\" data-end=\"2681\">Research and recommend activities, dining, or services in the surrounding area<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"90k6v5\"
