This role will play a critical part in overseeing property-level accounting, strengthening financial processes, and supporting ongoing audit and reporting initiatives across a diverse real estate portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who can step in quickly, assess current workflows, and drive accuracy and efficiency across multiple entities.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across a portfolio of properties, including retail, commercial, and\/or multifamily assets<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Review and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Analyze and reconcile general ledger activity;
