The firm is hiring immediately and looking for a motivated paralegal who thrives in a fast\u2011paced, client\u2011focused environment.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, discovery materials, and professional correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all records are accurate, current, and compliant with firm procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, and court filings.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel with professionalism, patience, and empathy.<\/li>\n<li>Support attorneys in trial preparation, including gathering exhibits and organizing supporting documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize legal software to manage case information, documents, and billing workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least <strong>2<\/strong><strong> years of paralegal experience<\/strong>, ideally within <strong>family law<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, organizational, and time\u2011management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and stay composed under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail, strong problem\u2011solving skills, and a positive, professional demeanor.<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Technical proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Word<\/strong&gt;;
