This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR who is excited to expand their skill set and take on more ownership over time. You&#8217;ll work closely with leadership and gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions, with mentorship and support along the way.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"744\"><strong data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"742\">What You&#8217;ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"1907\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1r59bp3\" data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"876\">Partner with internal teams across ~50 employees while indirectly supporting a broader network of ~400 affiliated organizations<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"jajjw3\" data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"1042\">Assist with a comprehensive HR audit across a multi-state organization (WA, OR, ID, AK), identifying opportunities to improve policies, compliance, and processes<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"uon5wv\" data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1186\">Support the modernization of HR infrastructure, including updating employee handbooks, policies, and procedures that are currently outdated<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"r54gnc\" data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1317\">Collaborate with payroll to improve time &amp;
