This role plays a critical part in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain high-quality clinical and non-clinical professionals who are aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in the home and hospice setting.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings deep experience in <strong>healthcare recruitment<\/strong>, understands the unique regulatory and credentialing requirements of home health and hospice, and thrives in a fast-paced, high\u2011volume environment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage <strong>full-cycle recruitment<\/strong> for home health and hospice roles, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, social workers, and other clinical and support positions<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with operational and clinical leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce challenges, and territory-specific requirements<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach<\/li>\n<li>Screen, interview, and assess candidates for clinical competency, cultural fit, and alignment with hospice and home health care values<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate interviews, facilitate offer discussions, and support offer acceptance and close<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all candidates meet <strong>licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements<\/strong> prior to hire<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS)<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs<\/li>\n<li>Promote a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process<\/li>\n<li>Stay current on local labor market trends, healthcare hiring challenges, and competitive compensation practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred<\/li>\n<li><strong>3-5+ years of healthcare recruiting experience<\/strong>, with a strong preference for home health, hospice, or clinical staffing<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience recruiting <strong>nursing and clinical professionals<\/strong> in high-demand markets<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of state and federal hiring, licensure, and credentialing requirements<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Professional, compassionate communication style aligned with hospice and home health care culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Preferred Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience supporting <strong>home health or hospice organizations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>High-volume or territory-based recruiting experience<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with compliance-driven hiring environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr
