This role supports a high\u2011volume docket of Chapter 11 and complex commercial bankruptcy matters and is ideal for a senior\u2011level paralegal who can operate independently and hit the ground running.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h3><strong>Position Highlights<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hybrid schedule (onsite and remote flexibility)<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative, team\u2011oriented environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong emphasis on professional development and work\u2011life balance<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to complex, multi\u2011jurisdictional bankruptcy matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support attorneys on corporate bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 cases.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and prepare bankruptcy pleadings and related filings such as petitions, first\u2011day motions, disclosure statements, proofs of claim, and fee applications.<\/li>\n<li>Electronically file documents via CM\/ECF and ensure compliance with federal and local bankruptcy court rules.<\/li>\n<li>Track deadlines, hearings, and case milestones; maintain calendars and case management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct docket and procedural research using PACER and other court databases.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare UCC filings, lien searches, and related reports.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with due diligence, case summaries, timelines, and status reports.<\/li>\n<li>Organize exhibits, hearing binders, and hearing logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with attorneys, clients, trustees, and court personnel as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately track and record billable time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Required:<\/strong> Corporate bankruptcy \/ Chapter 11 experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of bankruptcy court procedures, rules, and filings across multiple jurisdictions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast\u2011paced, deadline\u2011driven environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Professional demeanor with strong judgment and discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with restructuring research tools (e.g., Reorg, Debtwire, Capital IQ) preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Experience &amp;
