This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with hands-on expertise in full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll processing, and general ledger management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; line-height: 15pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including AP, AR, general ledger entries, journal entries, and month-end close<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Prepare accurate monthly financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain organized financial records<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Process payroll and maintain payroll-related reports and compliance documentation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Oversee vendor management, customer billing, collections, and cash application<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Support budgeting, forecasting, and year-end preparation in collaboration with external CPA<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; line-height: 15pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or full-cycle accounting experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
