This is a hands-on, on-site role based at the corporate headquarters, with leadership responsibility across multiple manufacturing and distribution locations.<\/p>\n<p>The Controller will serve as the senior accounting leader, overseeing financial reporting, general ledger integrity, month-end close, and team management. The ideal candidate brings 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment with evolving processes.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p>Accounting &amp; Financial Operations<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review monthly financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Lead and oversee the month-end and year-end close<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper revenue recognition and inventory-related accounting practices<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes<\/li>\n<li>Support the integration of new systems, processes, or acquisitions as needed<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with executive leadership on financial reporting and analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Team Leadership<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide direct supervision to the Accounting Manager and Staff Accountants across multiple locations<\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed accounting team<\/li>\n<li>Drive accountability, consistency, and best practices across sites<\/li>\n<li>Manage priorities across multiple locations and deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Manufacturing &amp; Multi-Site Accounting<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee accounting for a manufacturing environment with complex transactions<\/li>\n<li>Support transaction-heavy operations, including inventory movement and multi-channel sales<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent accounting practices across all facilities<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Systems &amp; Process Improvement<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary accounting owner of NetSuite (heavy daily use required)<\/li>\n<li>Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions<\/li>\n<li>Improve documentation and workflows in an evolving environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>HR &amp;
