This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring total fiscal integrity, driving cost efficiencies, and mentoring a high-performing accounting team.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\"><strong data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The Role at a Glance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">As the Controller, you will serve as the financial backbone of the plant, overseeing all aspects of the business from accounts payable\/receivable to payroll and tax reporting.
