This role provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple attorneys and is a direct hire, full\u2011time opportunity. The position offers one remote day per week following a 90\u2011day introductory period.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare, proofread, and format litigation documents; manage state and federal e\u2011filings<\/li>\n<li>Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and electronic files; support attorneys with time\u2011sensitive matters<\/li>\n<li>Prepare trial materials including binders, exhibits, and notebooks<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate client matters, meetings, billing, travel, and expenses<\/li>\n<li>Assist with new matters, conflict checks, attorney admissions, CLEs, and research<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with litigation support teams and provide backup coverage as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>7+ years&#8217; experience supporting commercial or complex litigation as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant (mid\u2011to\u2011large firm preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, including ECF and Texas e\u2011filing<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and complex legal document formatting<\/li>\n<li>Experience with document management, billing, and expense platforms<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work overtime as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to join a respected litigation team where your experience and professionalism will be valued.
