This individual will play a critical role in managing worker onboarding through RFID badge creation, troubleshooting basic tech issues, and ensuring accurate data handling in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is <strong>tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable working independently while assisting a high volume of employees.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"674\"><strong data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"674\">About the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and distribute RFID badges for a large workforce, guiding individuals through a multi-step setup and badge printing process.<\/li>\n<li>Assist workers with downloading and navigating a mobile app, providing clear and patient instruction throughout the onboarding process.<\/li>\n<li>Review, enter, and update data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve discrepancies in data, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Test and troubleshoot equipment including turnstiles and handheld devices to ensure proper functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized records and workflows while operating as the sole onsite representative for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Work in a trailer-based setup within an active job site, adapting to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with workers and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1624\"><strong data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1624\">About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in data handling and processing.<\/li>\n<li>You are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, apps, and equipment quickly.<\/li>\n<li>You have excellent communication skills and are patient when assisting individuals with varying levels of technical ability.<\/li>\n<li>You are dependable and capable of working independently in an onsite environment.<\/li>\n<li>You have strong typing skills and can manage repetitive processes with consistency and focus.<\/li>\n<li>You are able to work in an active job site environment and are comfortable being on your feet as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"2451\">This is a <strong>6-month contract opportunity running from April 27, 2026 through October 30, 2026<\/strong>.
