This <strong>onsite<\/strong> role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, coordinating logistics, and fostering a welcoming, efficient workplace environment.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, clients, and employees; answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails; and ensuring compliance with visitor and security protocols<\/li>\n<li>Manage front desk and office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area, coordinating meeting room reservations, and assisting with meeting logistics<\/li>\n<li>Handle administrative and operational support such as managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, and providing data entry, scheduling, and filing support<\/li>\n<li>Support internal office initiatives, including onboarding new employees (badges, desk setup), coordinating office events, and assisting with internal communications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>About You<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ years of office management or administrative operations experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This <strong>6 month contract <\/strong>has hours from 8:30-5:00PM, adding up to a 32-40 hour work week with Mondays-Thursdays guaranteed.
