The Business Intelligence Analyst supports and enhances the organization&#8217;s ERP environment, helps improve data quality and reporting, and collaborates with senior finance leadership on data governance and KPI management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and a centralized data source<\/li>\n<li>Providing analytical insights to support operational and strategic decisions<\/li>\n<li>Supporting ERP system improvements and cross\u2011functional data needs<\/li>\n<li>Automating manual data processes to improve efficiency and consistency<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining KPIs and supporting compliance and reporting requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a data, analytics, or related field<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing analytics preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non\u2011technical audiences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp;
