This role is well\u2011suited for an experienced payroll professional with a solid foundation in accounting who enjoys contributing to accurate financial reporting in a fast\u2011paced environment. This role is on-site 4 days per week.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has hands\u2011on experience independently processing payroll and a working knowledge of journal entries, accruals, and financial close processes.<\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<p>Payroll (Primary Responsibility)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process bi\u2011weekly payroll for 70+ employees using ADP<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate payroll processing, including taxes, deductions, benefits, garnishments, commissions, and bonuses<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update employee payroll records (new hires, terminations, pay changes, deductions)<\/li>\n<li>Process off\u2011cycle payroll runs and adjustments as needed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations<\/li>\n<li>Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain payroll documentation for general ledger accruals, audits, and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Process employee expense reimbursements through Ramp and ADP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accounting &amp;
