Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract – Immediate Need)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beacon Hill Financial is hiring an AP Specialist<\/strong> for a 2-3 month contract<\/strong> with an ASAP start for a client of ours in the Gaylord, MN area<\/strong>. This is a great opportunity for someone who can jump in quickly and keep things moving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Location:<\/strong> Gaylord, MN (100% onsite, flexible hours)
Pay:<\/strong> $25-$29\/hr (DOE)<\/p>\n

<\/strong>What you’ll do:<\/strong>
* Process high-volume invoices (up to ~100\/day) in an ERP system (SAP preferred)
* Review and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
* Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
* Communicate with vendors to address questions and outstanding items
* Assist with month-end close (accruals, reclasses, reporting support)
* Maintain organized records and support special projects as needed<\/p>\n

<\/strong>What we’re looking for:<\/strong>
* 2+ years of AP experience in an ERP environment
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
* Detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to work independently
* Manufacturing experience is a plus<\/p>\n
