This role is responsible for <strong>accurate data entry, document verification, and in-person customer assistance<\/strong>, ensuring records are complete, compliant, and handled with strict confidentiality.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter and maintain <strong>customer\/account information<\/strong> in internal systems with <strong>speed and high accuracy<\/strong> (alpha + numeric).<\/li>\n<li>Review source documents for <strong>completeness, legibility, procedural compliance, and accuracy<\/strong&gt;; identify discrepancies and route items for correction when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Verify required documentation and ensure submissions meet internal standards prior to processing.<\/li>\n<li>Provide <strong>front-line customer support<\/strong> in person and via email, including guidance on:\n<ul>\n<li>appointment scheduling and check-in steps<\/li>\n<li>shipping\/processing requirements<\/li>\n<li>required forms and supporting documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Follow established <strong>standard operating procedures<\/strong> and protect confidential customer data at all times (privacy and data security focused).<\/li>\n<li>Perform routine clerical and administrative support such as:\n<ul>\n<li>drafting and sending professional emails\/correspondence<\/li>\n<li>scanning, copying, faxing, filing, and record retrieval<\/li>\n<li>basic research across multiple systems to resolve customer or document issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an organized filing system (physical and\/or electronic) and retrieve records as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Operate general office equipment (printer, scanner, copier, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Support walk-in customers as needed; may require <strong>frequent movement throughout the facility<\/strong>, including <strong>going up\/down stairs<\/strong> during the day.<\/li>\n<li>Complete additional tasks and operational support duties as assigned by leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bilingual Spanish\/English required<\/strong> &#8211; must be able to <strong>speak, read, and write<\/strong> in both languages and communicate professionally with customers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2+ years<\/strong> of experience in a professional office setting performing <strong>administrative\/data entry duties<\/strong> plus <strong>face-to-face customer service<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma (or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to type <strong>50+ WPM<\/strong> with accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with <strong>Microsoft Office<\/strong> (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working across multiple computer-based systems.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and documentation standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting time expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management, organization, and follow-through;
