This role requires a strong understanding of general accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts including cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze financial data and provide variance explanations as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities as needed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, code, and process vendor invoices and payments.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with AR invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation and approval of transactions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with internal and external audit requests.<\/li>\n<li>Provide financial data to tax preparers and auditors.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and procedures. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Systems &amp;
