This fully onsite role is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical accounting expertise and experience managing grants in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"632\"><strong data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"630\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"1680\">\n<li data-section-id=\"6pvn98\" data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"764\">Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"th90ol\" data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"875\">Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"195fnyb\" data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"952\">Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1nd7jxx\" data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"1109\">Oversee grant accounting, including tracking restricted funds, ensuring compliance with grant agreements, and preparing grant-related financial reports.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"k1zugu\" data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1199\">Monitor grant budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with funding requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"88le9k\" data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1280\">Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"qchxak\" data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1401\">Coordinate audits, including financial statement audits and grant-specific audits;
