The position will work onsite, Monday &#8211; Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch. Temp duration is 2-3 weeks with potential to extend. Compensation is $27-$30\/hour depending on experience.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs the administrative functions of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in property issues, including timely response to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns.<\/li>\n<li>May be responsible for one or more of the following:<\/li>\n<li>Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing reports, filing and distribution of correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and coordinate meetings\/special events, as requested<\/li>\n<li>Assist in lease administration activities, including tenant contacts and insurance information; generate reports<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts and approved invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and code invoices for Property Manager&#8217;s approval<\/li>\n<li>Ensure office is stocked with office supplies and other required items to maintain the office<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt and accurate completion of contract and certificates of insurance information in contract administration software<\/li>\n<li>Track and file contracts and insurance certificates;
