As the Paralegal, you will work closely with attorneys and legal staff playing a key role across a variety of active bankruptcy matters. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity that offers the flexibility of one remote day per week after a successful onboarding period.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle electronic court filings in state and federal trial and appellate courts<\/li>\n<li>Docket, calendar, and monitor deadlines, hearings, and court dates for active matters<\/li>\n<li>Organize and maintain pleadings, exhibits, hearing notebooks, indexes, and case files<\/li>\n<li>Review, prepare, and process legal documents, including pleadings, court orders, and related filings<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Tables of Contents, Tables of Authorities, and appendices for court submissions<\/li>\n<li>Provide comprehensive litigation and administrative support to attorneys in the bankruptcy and restructuring practice<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with attorneys, staff, and court personnel to communicate case status and ensure compliance with court rules and firm procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years&#8217; experience supporting bankruptcy litigation, with direct hands-on Chapter 11 experience required<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, with experience using CM\/ECF and PACER<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail, including strong written and verbal communication and proofreading skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively, building effective relationships with attorneys, staff, clients, vendors, and court personnel<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to perform well under pressure, multitask, and maintain flexibility, including availability for overtime as needed<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred;
