This role ensures building spaces are properly maintained, conference rooms are prepared for use, and workplace services run smoothly throughout the day. The position is highly visible and requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a hospitality-focused mindset.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"10xp8d3\" data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1383\">Day-to-Day Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1433\"><strong data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1433\">Customer Experience &amp; Front-of-House Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1663\">\n<li data-section-id=\"lyhwe5\" data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1512\">Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external visitors<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"q33ye9\" data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1584\">Serve as a primary point of contact for workplace-related inquiries<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1vc1q5g\" data-start=\"1585\" data-end=\"1663\">Manage front-of-house services and direct incoming questions appropriately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1697\"><strong data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1697\">Meeting &amp; Event Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1991\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1wexwwy\" data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1809\">Assist with planning and physical setup of meetings and events, including furniture, signage, and equipment<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"vy3v52\" data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1899\">Reset and maintain conference rooms to ensure spaces are ready for scheduled meetings<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"wb5hoq\" data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1991\">Support both large monthly events and smaller workplace gatherings throughout the month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1993\" data-end=\"2027\"><strong data-start=\"1993\" data-end=\"2027\">Workplace &amp; Facilities Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2028\" data-end=\"2274\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1rtgld2\" data-start=\"2028\" data-end=\"2102\">Maintain and update daily records of room bookings and event calendars<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1f7yw5t\" data-start=\"2103\" data-end=\"2205\">Walk the building regularly to ensure workspaces and meeting areas are organized and ready for use<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"d66jit\" data-start=\"2206\" data-end=\"2274\">Assist facilities team members with workplace services as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"la9i1k\" data-start=\"2276\" data-end=\"2297\">Candidate Profile<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2992\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1kil4of\" data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2412\">Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"938ui\" data-start=\"2413\" data-end=\"2486\">Self-motivated with a confident, energetic, and professional demeanor<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1nksha4\" data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"2562\">Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"w9u5w9\" data-start=\"2563\" data-end=\"2630\">Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly visible environment<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"g70clp\" data-start=\"2631\" data-end=\"2737\">Ability to work collaboratively with team members while representing workplace services professionally<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"191h4bp\" data-start=\"2738\" data-end=\"2821\">PC literate with the ability to manage daily activities across multiple systems<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1vuo7gm\" data-start=\"2822\" data-end=\"2911\">Ability to lift between <strong data-start=\"2848\" data-end=\"2861\">25-50 lbs<\/strong> and move throughout the building during the day<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ucc327\" data-start=\"2912\" data-end=\"2992\"><strong data-start=\"2914\" data-end=\"2992\">Hospitality, reception, concierge, or customer-facing experience preferred<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"2fewac\" data-start=\"2994\" data-end=\"3020\">Education &amp;
