The Instructional Designer will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences across multiple formats, supporting a variety of complex product offerings in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day-to-Day Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning modules, and video-based learning content<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain portions of an existing new hire training program<\/li>\n<li>Create detailed facilitator guides as part of ILT development efforts<\/li>\n<li>Utilize enterprise content authoring tools (training provided as needed)<\/li>\n<li>Apply established instructional design standards while working independently and managing multiple deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Engage regularly with stakeholders, including senior-level partners, to gather requirements and ensure alignment<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong project ownership, organization, and the ability to operate autonomously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp;
